Automatik-Strahlkabine für Felgen MW-Autoblast W24 II | Farbe: RAL 7016 Die automatische Strahlkabine MW-Autoblast W24 (2. Generation)  ist speziell für die Bearbeitung von Felgen ausgelegt. Der Strahlvorgang findet komplett automatisiert statt. Dabei können Strahldauer für die Innen- und Außenseite der Felge jeweils frei gewählt werden. Strahlanlage mit Inverter (Optional) Stufenlose Regulierung der Strahlstärke für optimale Kontrolle Integrierte Motorkühlung Der externe Zusatzlüfter dient zur zusätzlichen Kühlung des Elektromotors, der die Turbine der Strahlanlage antreibt. Durch die gezielte Luftzufuhr wird die entstehende Wärme im Motor effektiv abgeführt. Dies ist insbesondere bei Volllastbetrieb sowie bei hohen Umgebungstemperaturen von Vorteil. Die zusätzliche Kühlung trägt dazu bei, die thermische Belastung des Motors zu reduzieren, wodurch dessen Lebensdauer verlängert und das Risiko von Überhitzungen minimiert wird. We have used all the well-known products in many years of paint stripping rims in our own company and none of them have convinced us. Either the paint stripping process takes far too long, is harmful to the environment or attacks the aluminum. In addition, all of the products tested over the years had to be replaced several times a year during intensive use. The frequent replacement, as well as the energy for heating and circulation, lead to excessively high costs. However, we now have the perfect paint stripper for rims - a cold paint stripper - in use and sell it exclusively! We have also developed the right paint stripping tanks for the optimum use of cold paint stripping for rims. During development, we have incorporated all of our experience in rim stripping and the resulting ideas. Starting with the ideal stainless steel material, through the automatic lifting system with integrated tank cover, to the efficient V-shape with integrated sludge channel for collecting the paint stripping slag, everything has been taken into account to enable cost-effective and efficient paint stripping operations. In the latest expansion stage of our paint stripping tank, the MW610-B, we have also solved the problem of time-consuming cleaning. The paint stripper is automatically pumped through a cartridge filter with the aid of a compressed air diaphragm pump. The slag remains in the cartridge filter and the dried slag can then be removed from the stainless steel cartridges (micro stainless steel filters) in a few simple steps. However, the advantage of the pump system is not only the automated cleaning. The efficiency of wheel paint stripping is significantly increased by the permanently high degree of cleaning of the paint stripping fluid!

The rims should be processed with as little dirt residue as possible. For example, the surface is too sensitive to be cleaned between the polishing process and the subsequent coating. The requirements for a cleaning solution are therefore extremely high, because unlike "wheel washing", a degree of cleaning ready for painting is required. This rules out processes using aggressive cleaners, high-pressure nozzles or even granulate cleaning machines. The solution lies in the ultrasonic cleaning of rims, whereby conventional systems fail here because the geometry means that the sound waves can only reach the inside of the rim with difficulty. However, this is usually the critical area - experience has shown that this is where the most stubborn dirt is found. Our ultrasonic cleaning systems are specially designed for residue-free cleaning of rims or complete wheels and deliver a ready-to-coat cleaning result after 60-180 seconds of cleaning. The ultrasonic system and ultrasonic cleaner are perfectly matched to each other.
